■WHOIS情報は正確にお願い致します
最近、レジストリから停止措置を取られるドメインが増えております。
これは、WHOIS情報が正確ではないためにレジストリの判断でドメインを停止させるもので、「レジストリロック（Registry-Lock）」と呼ばれております。
同症状になった場合、ユーザー様でWHOIS情報を正しいものへ変更していただいた上で、弊社からレジストラ経由でレジストリに解除申請を行う必要がございます。しかし、申請、反映時間を含め、2-3日は掛かり、その間ドメインが閲覧できない状態となります。
また、他の症状は下記の通りとなります。
WHOIS検索ページで、期限切れではないのに「Status: REGISTRAR-HOLD」となっている
ネームサーバー変更時に「Registry-Lock」という文字列が入ったエラーが発生する
特に、他社からの移管で他社名義になっている場合で、他社から異議申し立てがあった際に停止される可能性が高くなっております。
また、上記のようなレジストリによる停止措置を未然に防ぐために、”WHOIS情報は正確にしてください”という趣旨のメール（下記参照）がレジストラから弊社名義で送られます。
当サービス規約にもございますように、ドメインを登録、編集される際、また、ドメインを移管された後には、WHOIS情報が正確な情報であるか必ずご確認ください。
なお、弊社の代理名義である場合は、情報自体は正確なものですので、問題はございません。
WHOIS情報が正しいか確認させていただいた際、ドメインが停止される可能性があると判断した場合は、ユーザー様自身で正しくご変更いただくまで、一時的に弊社の代理名義に変更させていただく場合がございます。
